Nature of Service

This platform acts as an intermediary that consolidates donations from individuals in India and transfers them to verified international humanitarian organisations. We are not a registered charity and do not directly implement relief programmes.

Donations

All donations are voluntary. By submitting a donation, you confirm that the funds are lawfully yours and that you have authorised the payment. Minimum donation amounts may apply as displayed on individual cause pages.

Verification

We manually verify all UPI payments using transaction reference numbers (UTR). Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. We reserve the right to reject donations that cannot be verified.

No Guarantee

While we make every effort to ensure funds reach intended recipients through verified partners, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Humanitarian situations are complex and evolving.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, design, and logos, is the property of Sadaqah Platform unless otherwise noted.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
