Refund Policy

General Policy
Donations are considered final once verified. Due to the nature of humanitarian giving and the consolidation model, we generally cannot process refunds after a donation has been verified and pooled for transfer.
Before Verification
If your donation is still in "Pending Verification" status, you may request cancellation by contacting us with your reference number. If the UTR cannot be verified, the donation will be automatically marked as rejected and no funds are processed.
After Verification, Before Transfer
If your donation has been verified but not yet transferred to a partner, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 48 hours of verification.
After Transfer
Once funds have been transferred to a partner organisation, refunds are not possible. International transfers are irreversible and the funds are directed toward humanitarian operations.
Erroneous Payments
If you have sent a payment in error (wrong amount, accidental payment), please contact us immediately with your UTR number. We will make every effort to resolve the situation before verification.
