1. Browse & Choose a Cause
Each cause is linked to a specific verified ground partner. You can see exactly who receives the funds, where they operate, and how they've been vetted. Choose the cause that resonates with you.
2. Pay Directly via UPI
We don't use any payment gateway — which means zero processing fees. Open any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), send your donation to our UPI ID, and note the UTR/transaction reference number.
3. Submit Your Reference
Fill in a short form with your details and UTR number. You'll receive an instant email acknowledgment with a tracking reference. No login required, though creating an account lets you see your full donation history.
4. We Verify Manually
Within 24-48 hours, we manually check your UTR against our bank statement. Once verified, your donation status updates to "Verified" and you receive a confirmation email.
5. Consolidation & Transfer
Verified donations are consolidated and transferred to our ground partners via international wire or verified channels. We cover all forex and transfer costs — your full amount goes to the cause.
6. Proof Published
Transfer receipts and proof documents are uploaded to the platform. Monthly transparency reports summarise total collected, total transferred, and per-partner breakdowns.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why not use a payment gateway?
Payment gateways charge 2-3% per transaction. On ₹1,000, that's ₹20-30 lost. With manual UPI, 100% of your donation reaches the cause. The small trade-off is a 24-48 hour verification window.
Is this a registered charity?
This platform operates as an intermediary facilitating donations to verified international partners. We are transparent about our role — we consolidate and transfer, we do not directly implement programs. See our Disclaimer page for full details.
How do I know my money reaches the ground?
Every transfer to a partner is documented with proof (bank receipts, transfer confirmations). These are published on partner profiles and in monthly transparency reports.
Can I get a tax receipt?
We are not currently able to issue 80G tax receipts. If tax deduction is important to you, we recommend donating directly to our partner organisations who may issue their own receipts.
What if my UTR verification fails?
If we can't find your transaction, we'll reach out via email. Common issues include incorrect UTR numbers or payments to wrong UPI IDs. In case of genuine issues, we'll work with you to resolve them.
