I will quote the Proposal directly in Muhammad Aslam al Hindi's words:
Assalamu alaikum brothers and sisters
This mail I have formed to clarify you the crisis which Ummah is facing in this era.
This proposal is the product of a long discussion with one of my sincere friends, much devoted to Allah. Today I feel, I have the way to follow.
My Background
I am B.Tech. in Mechanical Engg. and now pursuing MBA in Operations Research.
Reside at Muhammad Aslam al Hindi, #133, Satsang Vihar, Ambala Road, Jagadhri - 135003
My father is Assistant District Attorney in Punjab, India.
The Crisis in the Ummah
Here's not just one but many...
1.We are forced to get our next generation being taught in the anti-Islamic schooling. There they learn how to disobey Allah and His Messenger salla allahu alaihi wa sallam. Yes!
If they don't accept to mould themselves into Kafir customs and traditions, then they are atleast made to accept themselves as the tribe that belongs to the lowest level of the society and is foolish, violent as well as dangerous.
2.The job we get normally doesn't allow us pay our daily duty to Allah. How many of us are who don't pay their Zuhr because they can't leave the office to gain the negative impression of their boss. Even those who are known to be the most striving among us can't claim that today they will be able to pay the Salah or not.
Going further, how many of us observe a beard? Why?
Some say, it will make them hard to do the job.
even some others feel it to be unnecessary thing that hinders their worldly growth.
3.The riches is with only a few Muslims and many among us are away from Islam, knowingly or due to busy schedule.
Majority is yelling for just a few thousand Rs. and finds its hard to survive.
These are just a few, the illustrations are much long.
And these are the symptoms of a disease, not the disease itself.
What is the actual Problem
The actual problem is that we have not organization of our own that could tackle our daily life issues.
No educational institute of our own
No business firm of our own
No manufacturing firm of our own
No research centre of our own
Here are a few.
but if you divide the personnel employed the with the population, the result is so small that it can be taken as ZERO
Due to no owned organization, we have been forced to work according to the procedures of Kafirs which only aims at the uprooting of Islam from us.
All our affairs are in their strict control. The liberty is for those who disobey Islam.
Here I would like to spell up the translation of one ayah of the Qur'an,
O Prophet (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم)! Keep your duty to Allah, and obey not the disbelievers and the hypocrites (i.e., do not follow their advice). Verily, Allah is Ever All-Knower, All-Wise.
( سورة الأحزاب , Al-Ahzab: 1)
Here we can see oursleves...
Our deed are in strict confirmation with what has been prohibited.
My Proposal
Verily! As for those whom the angels take (in death) while they are wronging themselves (as they stayed among the disbelievers even though emigration was obligatory for them), they (angels) say (to them): "In what (condition) were you?" They reply: "We were weak and oppressed on the earth." They (angels) say: "Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to emigrate therein?" Such men will find their abode in Hell - What an evil destination!
( سورة النساء , An-Nisa :97)
So I find the solution to this all problem in setting up our own institutes, our own businesses and our own industries.
Everything of our own. Migration from their customs and their everything.
It should a public property of all the Muslims rather than a private firm.
It should be based on Qur'an and Hadith not on profit maximization concept.
There should be 3 sections of the stakeholders.
1. Investors
2. Policy Makers
3. Employees
The profit after tax should be divided among the investors and the organization which will then distribute is among its employees and policymakers after ensuring some good fraction for research and growth.
What will be the Impact
The biggest impact will be that Muslims associated with it will have the maximum possible freedom to practice Islam.
Those who have an excuse in the name of busy schedule can offer their Salah on time.
Freedom from corrupt products which we are using at present. For example, in 90% of medicines, alcohol is used which we know is Haram for us.
Finally, we will have a chance to prove our Islamic procedures and hence we can show them the wisdom hidden inside them.
What we need now
The policy makers can be arranged, employees can be arranged, main issue is the Investors.
We need those who can invest!!!
